Caring adults present in the school to connect with students.

Signpost leaders are mobilized caring adults who serve our schools, so hallways, classrooms and cafeterias are saturated with people and resources to meet the practical needs of the school and the people within it

Relational Mentoring

SIDEWALK

Weekly one-on-one mentoring between a student and an adult.

Built on the principle that we all need someone to walk with us through life, Sidewalk creates a once-a-week touch point between a student and an adult mentor.

After-School Clubs

PITSTOP

After-school clubs that build camaraderie and explore new interests.

Pit Stop clubs meet on high school campuses and give students the opportunity to follow a passion, meet new people, and work on themselves.

Large Group Gathering

MAINSTREET

A weekly gathering where students feel equipped, known, and have fun.

Throughout the year, dozens of teens from our city come for games, team sports, Bible teaching, small group discussions, and lots of laughs.

Caseload Management

BRIDGE BUILDER

Helping disengaged students get back on track academically.

Working with each school's graduation staff, our team reaches out to targeted students so the right supports lead toward graduation.
