WHERE IT ALL STARTED
Our place is Lansing
Streets 517 is a Lansing-born youth organization, started out of love for this city. For ten years we've walked alongside teenagers as they discover their purpose, build resilience, and become people who impact their communities.
Young people are far more than the challenges they face, the mistakes they've made, or the circumstances they've inherited. They need consistent adults willing to walk with them.

From daily presence inside schools to leadership development, each step meets young people at a different point in their journey. Programs create opportunities — relationships create change.

Clubs on high school campuses where students follow a passion, meet new people and work on themselves.

A once-a-week touch point between a student and an adult mentor — someone to walk with them through life.
LARGE GROUP GATHERING
MAINSTREET
Weekly community where students feel equipped and known — games, team sports, Bible teaching, small groups and lots of laughs.
STUDENT RE-ENGAGEMENT
BRIDGE BUILDER
Working with graduation staff to reach disengaged students and help them get back on track toward graduation.
