Forming New School Partnerships · $15,000
Expanding our embedded presence at Everett High School and the Lansing Learning Hub, launching new after-school clubs, and building trust with students and staff.

Increasing Mentorship Capacity · $10,000
Recruiting and training 15–20 new mentors and matching more teens with caring adults who walk with them weekly.

Rallying a Consistent Outreach Community · $5,000
Mobilizing volunteers and staff for home visits, phone calls, and community pop-ups that reconnect disengaged students.
Mobilizing Team & Systems for Growth · $20,000
Strengthening our people and infrastructure so our impact can scale with excellence and sustainability.
